FAQ:
Q1:What load capacity of the rolling trolleys?
A1: It depends on caster sizes. Our standard design is 50kg per caster with size 3 inch and 100kg with size 4 inch.
Q2:What colors we can choose from?
A2: We normally recommend red and blue which are our standard colors. But we are open on color at the premise of one full container quantity.
Q3:How to assemble the tool trolley when they are packed in disassembled condition?
A3: We put an instruction sheet in the carton which clears show all spare parts and assembly diagram.
Q4:What is ordinary deliver time when the order is placed?
A4: Normally 30 days for one 20’ container quantity and 40 days for one 40’ container quantity.
Q5: What is the payment terms?
A5: We accept T/T with down payment and irrevocable L/C and D/P.
